1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Student") and DnyanPlus Academy ("Company", "we", "us"). By registering an account, purchasing a course, or accessing any content on this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3 User Accounts

• Each student may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms.

4 Course Access & Content

Upon successful payment, you receive:

• Lifetime access to all enrolled course content, including videos and PDF notes
• Access is personal and non-transferable — you may not share, resell, or sublicense course content
• Course content is for personal educational use only
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time to maintain quality

5 Payments & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store any payment card information.
• Course fees are subject to change at our discretion. Existing enrollments are not affected by price changes.
• For refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

6 User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access course content
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's operation

7 Intellectual Property

All content on DnyanPlus LMS — including videos, PDF notes, graphics, logos, and course materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of DnyanPlus Academy and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

8 Disclaimer of Liability

DnyanPlus LMS provides educational content for exam preparation. We do not guarantee selection in any examination. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.

9 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access course content will cease immediately. Refunds in case of termination due to policy violations will not be issued.

10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
